ITEM DETAILS:

• The price shown is for a set of 2 painted martini glasses.
• Select size and style from drop down box.
• Each wine glass is hand painted, air dried for 24 hours, then heat set and glazed.
• Hand wash to preserve illustrations. 
• Because each item is individually hand painted and made to order, no two will be exactly alike. While they won't be identical, they will be as close as possible to the pictured glassware.
• Gift bag and liquor mentioned in description is not included.
• Colors may appear slightly different based on monitor settings.

• Shipping: USPS Shipping from our Farmington, CT studio
• Please REVIEW YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS before you submit your order – IF PACKAGE IS RETURNED - there will be a charge to re-ship.            
• We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
• Returns:
• For packages damaged during transit, please contact us through the website within 48 hours. Please keep damaged packages as USPS may require items for insurance purposes.
• We do not accept returns on personalized items unless they have been damaged during shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours for all damaged items.
•  For the return of non-damaged and non-personalized items, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us and ship back to us within 5 days. Item MUST be packaged securely. If the item is not secure and breaks during return delivery, no refund will be given.
• We accept cancellations within 12 hours.
• We do not accept exchanges.
• Lost Packages:
• If tracking is marked delivered by USPS but you can’t locate it - ask neighbors if it was delivered to them in error and ask family members if they might have removed from delivery area. If not, contact your local post office for GPS location of delivery, then if needed, file a lost mail report. Mail theft is a serious crime and Porch Pirates are everywhere. PLEASE have a safe and secure area for deliveries. We are not responsible for items marked delivered by USPS.
