🤍Personalization and design placement may vary slightly in size/placement, depending on the length of name

🤍Mugs are designed and created on-site in our Farmington CT studio using a sublimation process using high quality ink. Mugs are then heat set for a permanent design.

🤍We do not outsource the printing. There is no middleman or drop shipper.

🤍Gift bag and beverages mentioned in description are not included.

🤍Please REVIEW YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS before you submit your order – IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED to us for an incorrect or insufficient address - there will be a charge to re-ship.

🤍We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. 

RETURNS:

🤍Returns are accepted within 5 days of item being delivered

🤍Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

🤍Item must be packaged securely. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

🤍Once the item is returned, a refund will be provided, minus the original shipping charge.

🤍If the buyer qualified for free shipping provided by seller, the cost to ship will be deducted from refund.

🤍A return tracking number must be provided

🤍For packages damaged during transit, please message us within 48 hours. Buyer must provide pictures of item for proof of damage for shipping company.

🤍We do not accept returns on personalized items unless they have been damaged during transit or an error in spelling on our part. Please contact us within 48 hours for all damaged items.

🤍We accept cancellations within 12 hours

🤍We do not accept exchanges

LOST PACKAGES:

🤍If tracking is marked delivered by USPS/UPS but you can’t locate it - ask neighbors if it was delivered to them in error and ask family members if they might have removed from delivery area. If not, contact your local post office/UPS Store for GPS location of delivery, then if needed, file a lost mail report. Mail theft is a serious crime and Porch Pirates are everywhere. PLEASE have a safe and secure area for delivery; once a delivery is verified / confirmed by USPS/UPS, we are not responsible for the package.
