🤍Each bank is hand painted when order is placed, is air dried for 24 hours, then set with a glaze.

RETURNS:

🤍Returns are accepted within 5 days of item being delivered

🤍Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

🤍Item must be packaged securely. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

🤍Once the item is returned, a refund will be provided, MINUS the original shipping charge.

🤍A return tracking number must be provided

🤍For packages damaged during transit, please message us within 48 hours. Buyer must provide pictures of item for proof of damage for UPS/USPS

🤍We do not accept returns on personalized items unless they have been damaged during transit or an error on our part. Please contact us within 48 hours for all damaged items.

LOST PACKAGES:

🤍If tracking is marked delivered by UPS/ USPS but you can’t locate it - ask neighbors if it was delivered to them in error and ask family members if they might have removed from delivery area. If not, contact your local post office / UPS for GPS location of delivery, then if needed, file a lost mail report. Mail theft is a serious crime and Porch Pirates are everywhere. PLEASE have a safe and secure area for delivery; once a delivery is verified / confirmed by UPS/USPS, we are not responsible for the package.
