🤍Because each item is individually hand-painted and made to order, no two will be exactly alike. While they won’t be identical, they will be as close as possible to the pictured glassware.

 RETURNS:

🤍Returns are accepted within 5 days of the item being delivered

🤍Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

🤍Item must be packaged securely. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

🤍Once the item is returned, a refund will be provided, MINUS the original shipping fee.

🤍A return tracking number must be provided

🤍For packages damaged during transit, please message us within 48 hours. The customer must provide pictures of the item for proof of damage for the shipping company.

🤍We do not accept returns on personalized items unless they have been damaged during transit or an error on our part. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours for all damaged items.

🤍We accept cancellations within 12 hours

LOST PACKAGES:

🤍If tracking is marked delivered by USPS/UPS but you can’t locate it, ask neighbors if it was delivered to them in error and ask family members if they might have removed it from the delivery area. If not, contact your local post office/UPS Store for the GPS location of the delivery, then, if needed, file a lost mail report. Mail theft is a serious crime, and Porch Pirates are everywhere. PLEASE have a safe and secure area for delivery; once a delivery is verified/confirmed by USPS/UPS, we are not responsible for the package.
