   ITEM DETAILS:

1. Size Options: 11 oz and 15 oz
2. Permanent Design - no cracking/peeling – this is NOT a vinyl decal.
3. Microwave and Dishwasher (top rack) safe
4. Design is printed on both sides of the mug.
5. Enter name of person and name of dog (names are optional)
6. All mugs are designed and created in our studio using a sublimation process with high quality ink (not paint). The mug is then heat set. The design is permanent.
7. We do not outsource the printing...there is no middleman or drop shipper.
8. Personalization and designs may vary slightly in size and/or placement, depending on the length of the name.

• Processing time: 2-4 business days prior to shipping
• Days / Times may increase during holiday times so ORDER EARLY!
• Shipping: USPS Shipping from our Farmington, CT studio
• Please REVIEW YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS before you submit your order – IF PACKAGE IS RETURNED - there will be a charge to re-ship.            
• We currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
• Returns:
• For packages damaged during transit, please contact us through the website within 48 hours. Please keep damaged packages as USPS may require items for insurance purposes.
• We do not accept returns on personalized items unless they have been damaged during shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours for all damaged items.
• For the return of non-damaged and non-personalized items, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us and ship back to us within 5 days. Item MUST be packaged securely. If the item is not secure and breaks during return delivery, no refund will be given.
• We accept cancellations within 12 hours.
• We do not accept exchanges.
