PROCESSING / SHIPPING:

• Processing time: 2-4 business days prior to shipping
• Days / Times may increase during holiday times so ORDER EARLY!
• Shipping: USPS Shipping from our Farmington, CT studio
• Please REVIEW YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS before you submit your order – IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED to us for an incorrect or insufficient address - there will be a charge to re-ship.            
• I currently do not ship outside of the U.S.
• Returns:
• For packages damaged during transit, please contact us through the website within 48 hours. Please keep damaged packages as USPS may require items for insurance purposes.
• We do not accept returns on personalized items unless they have been damaged during shipping. Please contact us within 48 hours for all damaged items.
• For the return of non-damaged and non-personalized items, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us and ship it back to us within 5 days. Item MUST be packaged securely. If the item is not secure and breaks during return delivery, no refund will be given.
• We accept cancellations within 12 hours.
• We do not accept exchanges.
• Lost Packages:
• If tracking is marked delivered by USPS but you can’t locate it - ask neighbors if it was delivered to them in error and ask family members if they might have removed from delivery area. If not, contact your local post office for GPS location of delivery, then if needed, file a lost mail report. Mail theft is a serious crime and Porch Pirates are everywhere. PLEASE have a safe and secure area for deliveries. We are not responsible for items marked delivered by USPS.
